Meet The Founder
ZŪR was founded by Koosha Pourjahanshah, who spent 8 years as a project manager before starting the company, overseeing roughly $27 to $28 million in home remodels, additions, and ADU projects for some of the largest firms in L.A.
Koosha personally handles your first call and your in-person meeting, and stays involved through the entire build. Carlos Reyes, ZŪR's Head of Construction, brings an engineering background from heavy civil and industrial projects. That means more accurate estimates and fewer surprises from day one.
